Dobcke is a generous, large mare by the sport sire Hessel 480 from the renowned “Van de Olde Mette Moate” breeding farm. She has excellent pedigree. Her dam is a “ster preferent” performance mare, her granddam a “ster preferent” mare, and her great-granddam is also “ster preferent.” Dobcke has already produced several offspring herself, including a very handsome colt by Murk 540 last year. Dobcke is a generously built mare; her colt stayed with her for a long time, so she’s currently a bit lacking in muscle tone. That will certainly improve in the coming months. We’ve just started working with Dobcke. She still has a lot to learn, but she’s already showing herself to be a real hard worker! She has plenty of energy and moves well. She has three very fluid gaits, which leads us to believe she might also be suitable for competition once she’s been trained a bit further!
