RESERVE CHAMPION YOUNGER STALLIONS AND OVERALL RESERVE CHAMPION HK 2024
Martinus 539 is the second approved son of Tiede 501 out of a Ster dam by Sipke 450 and was bred by the Nooteboom-Scholte family from Vegelinsoord. Martinus 539 is an all-round utility horse that received very good scores in all areas and improved significantly during the Central Research. He is somewhat reserved in character, but has no shortage of enthusiasm and commitment.
At the 2024 Stallion Inspection, the first time Martinus 539 appeared on the scene, he immediately made his mark. In a very high-quality class, Martinus 539 was placed second in the morning and was close behind the number one. "A strongly built stallion who can walk well with great rhythm and suppleness. In trot, he shows great ability to change gears," said Sabien Zwaga, one of the judges at the stallion inspection.
At the end of a long day, it was finally time for the championship show, where many former champions competed for the title, but where this year's victory went to the younger generation. Martinus 539 was named RESERVE CHAMPION Younger Stallions and later, at the general championship, he was once again rewarded with the GENERAL RESERVE CHAMPIONSHIP.

Conclusion of central examination: Martinus 539 is a breed-typical and strongly built stallion. The stallion is all-round with three correct basic gaits and aptitude for all three disciplines. Martinus has a strong walk, shows good balance and flexion in the hind leg and uses his body with ease.
The bloodline on the dam's side makes this stallion particularly interesting.
Martinus is free of hydrocephalus and dwarfism genes.
